LEARNING THE BASICS BEFORE BIRTH
Although nursing your baby is a human instinctual behavior, it can often feel
intimidating. Babies in Bloom provides a safe sanctuary where new Moms can be vulnerable with their breastfeeding struggles, and find the compassionate, professional help you need to support your baby. Classes are provided by experienced educators, who have many years of experience teaching new parents about breastfeeding.
Breastfeeding 101
One of the key ingredients of a successful breastfeeding experience is education! With so much conflicting information available, it can feel overwhelming for parents-to-be. Learn techniques that will both help you get started, as well as prevent common problems. Topics include latch and positioning, knowing when and how much to feed your baby, and how to know that baby is getting enough. Partners are welcome and encouraged to join!
