Mama Zen Den .... Personalized One on One virtual or in person Mama Zen Den sessions
A mother has a precious 40 weeks to grow and connect with her baby, during this time a mother and her child and one-being connected, sharing nutrients, hormones, emotions and a shared experience of the outside world. When a mother consciously connects to her fetus, sends them love, relaxes, & feels joy she is showing her child what life can be like; her child feels calm loved and supported in the womb, during birth, and throughout their lifetime Your mother-child relationship starts here and now and will last your entire lifetime. By lovingly forming your bond with your baby in utero, you create a beautiful foundation of unconditional love that will support your child’s growth, resilience, and will ultimately influence how they parent. About Carina
Carina’s passion for pregnancy, birth and motherhood began after the empowering birth of her first child at age 18 and continued to grow after birthing two more amazing souls in the water at Tree of Life Birthing Center. Carina believes that birthing a child is sacred and divine. She believes pregnant women and mothers are to be revered and respected by the community for the work they do. Carina studied nursing at Palomar College and Point Loma Nazarene University, she is currently a Registered Nurse at Scripps. Carina enjoys yoga, meditation, hot tea, cacao ceremony, dancing, propagating plants, connecting with the moon and the cyclical rhythms of nature, hiking, rock climbing, camping and spending time exploring the earth with her family.
